Refund policy
Returns
• For health + safety reasons, the eligibility for returns or exchanges is if your order is incorrect or damaged. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• We do want your order to be correct + undamaged! So we ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt + contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged; or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right.
• We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how + where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
• We will notify you once we’ve received + inspected your return, + let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process + post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thefragrantnotesco@gmail.com.
• Refunds/exchanges are not available based on scent. Scent descriptions are provided with specific fragrant notes for each scent; detailed specificity is included.
• We appreciate this + it's important to know that the way we experience scents can vary from person to person.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. The Fragrant Notes Company LLC reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Ingredients are on every listing on the website + on each label. It is up to the consumer to do their research + decide what works best for them as they would with any other product they purchase for personal use. The Fragrant Notes Company LLC will not accept returns/exchanges or refunds based on allergic reactions. The Fragrant Notes Company LLC makes no medical claims that any of the ingredients or products listed will cure or heal. We are not medical or health professionals. The main purpose of soap is to cleanse. We recommend speaking with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, especially while pregnant +/or while nursing.
