ORDERING

What is your order process time?

• Our current order process time is 1-3 days. Holidays may affect processing times.

*Please note: Shipping methods are not included in processing times. Processing time is the amount of time to get your order out the door to the shipping facility.

• We always strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is shipped, because of the nature of our products, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time in the order process.

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt + contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged; or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right.

SHIPPING, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your shipping policy?

• You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order + is being processed.

• When you place an order, we will estimate shipping + delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items + the shipping option you choose.

• We do offer Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders $55.00 USD or more within the continental United States. Standard Shipping is determined through our US Postal Service.

• Please also note that the shipping rates for most of our products are weight-based. The information on each product can be found on its detail page.

Do you ship overseas?

We are currently shipping only to the contiguous U.S., but are hoping for the possibility to expand in the near future!

Do you offer refunds + exchanges?

 

Damages + issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception + contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right.

 

Returns

• For health + safety reasons, the eligibility for returns or exchanges is if your order is incorrect or damaged. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We do want your order to be correct + undamaged! So we ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt + contact us immediately if the order is defective, damaged; or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right.

• We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

My package shows 'delivered', but I cannot find it?

Please check through the following list of common scenarios before contacting The Fragrant Notes Co.:

• Your carrier may have chosen to place it in a safer location. Be sure to check any location that would potentially be out of weather hazards, such as: garage, exterior doors, porch, etc.

• As some packages do come separately from your day to day mail, be sure to check your mailbox again.

• Check with anyone else in your home that possibly could have accepted it.

• In those rare situations where your package shows 'delivered', it could still take an additional 24 hours to arrive. Contact your local Postal Service if it has been over 24 hours since your 'delivered' status, as your package could have been delivered to your neighbor by mistake.

• If you suspect your package has been stolen, please make contact with your local Postal Service before contacting The Fragrant Notes Co.
